M2i Building Amenities

The M2i amenities include a fully equipped gym, located behind a wall with backlit colored glass panels, both original and attractive. and on the ground floor (on 10th Avenue) there is a lovely little courtyard, shared by the building's two lobbies, with lush vegetation and tables and chairs, all for the pleasure of the residents. On the rooftop deck there is also a barbeque area with butane gas grill, and comfortable yet trendy patio furniture with views toward Petco Park. This is the perfect spot to relax with the newspaper and sip a cup of coffee while watching your fellow East Villagers strolling by.
